AVOID !!! I have had nothing but issues since the night we arrived uptil now and still ongoing. Firstly, myself and my family drove down from Glasgow for my sons competition. On the drive down I was sent a whatsapp stating there was to be £100 deposit paid which no one was made aware of at all. On arrival there were only 2 bedrooms unlocked, the third one had a lock box on it and no access. I was desperately trying to call the emergency number on the welcome board with no answer as 'apparently' doesnt recieve incoming calls even though this is the emergency contact - odd ! Anyway, when someone finally replied to me I was told that the third bedroom was locked because I had booked for 3 people even though the property is advertised as a three bedroom property! So then had to pay extra to gain access to the code to unlock the bedroom. To my horror, when I got access to the lockbox with the key, the room woild not open. I had to contact again and sent several messages between whatsapp and booking.com to seek urgent attention. Amidst loads of faffing about I was eventually told a handyman would be out. I was left sitting there until midnight with no access to a bed after driving all day. Was a complete shambles! Then on the saturday I had to let 3 random men in to sort the lock onnthe room (why this couldnt wait until the day after when I checked out is beyond me!) so inconsiderate, unprofessional and total imposure felt really uncomfortable with these 3 men floating about putting wierd eyes on me as I was sitting about in shorts! Now, the final icing on the cake is I am STILL waiting on my deposit being refinded 12 days lyer!! I have been ignored on every platform and I am furious and disgusted.

Didn't stay it was that filthy

Nothing disgusting place absolutely filthy was a very distressing time. We left immediately and had to find a hotel it was that bad. Dont waste your money on this place. Absolutely shocking

Exploring the area there are a lot of fast food places and local shops perfect for if u for got anything. Honestly would stay again.
