Responsive host; lots of storage space; walking distance to public transportation; economical
Does not have luggage storage service; trash pick up and restock of soaps and toilet paper need to pre-arranged in advance despite staying for more than a week and with several people in the room; does not provide additional towels despite staying for more than a week, was expected to do laundry ourselves. The sofa was right below a countertop and caused head bumps multiple time, not a great orientation.

"It's a residential area, so it's quiet. Yet it's just walking distance from Hakata Station.
Though the apartment is not big, you get everything you need. It's good to have a washer+dryer, too.
