What an amazing find! Obviously the view is stunning from the terrace. The house inside is clean , well preserved and spacious. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The location is great , very close to everything you will be interested in and in a nice neighborhood. I would come back again and again !

The location was excellent in a quiet local neighborhood with some great restaurants and cafes nearby. Felt like living in a real community, not touristy. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Extras left in the kitchen like coffee and tea etc. which was really nice. Easy instructions to check into the apartment. We loved it! Would move in any day!
Liked everything.

This is apartment is over three levels, with its own rooftop terrace access via a somewhat tight circular staircase. Everything we needed was here. And we loved being on the south side of town away from the crazy crowds, but still an easy walk and into the centre of town.
No complaints

Stylish apartment with a great terrace within close distance from city center mains spots. Perfect to explore Bologna.
Air conditioning was a bit weak and nights were hot but to be fair, it was 38 degrees during the day so not usual weather.
