Location was wonderful - a quite spot on the river with majestic fog in the morning. Makes you want to have a boat with you. The deck and jetty were great. Both great places to relax and take in the view. The large back garden creates a nice feeling of space.
BBQ didn't work, but we discussed with the cleaner to have a look at the regulator. That was no real issue though. There was only one lamp in the whole house - a few more would have been better for bed reading and creating a nicer ambience in the evening, instead of having the main lights glaring.

Location was lovely, very peaceful with options to explore the area, gardens at waterfront side were nice
Driveway and parking precarious due to the steepness of the block, gardens at entrance need some work, hot water over sink not adequate to wash up well, noisy pump under main bedroom.
