Over priced for accommodation offered. Good location but poor customer service and noisy.

Location was good. Close to Red line rail service. Very clean.

Instructions about accessing the property was poor and unclear. Beds very poor. Bed linen creased and ill fitting. Mattresses need replacing. Contact with management company was poor. No WiFi code provided. Had to ask for it. No late check out provided when requested although offered in the information pack. No additional bed blankets provided which were needed when temp dropped. Very noisy from people in the upstairs unit. No noise insulation.
