Good location, but a cold and rather dark apartment and host could definitely be nicer

The best thing about this property is its location - 10 mins from the main square and 10 mins to other good spots and famous streets. The apartment was well furnished and had a big and comfy bathroom. The cleanliness could be improved. When we arrived, there was a lot of hair on the floor.

Unfortunately, the host's attitude overshadowed our stay. We arrived before the central heating was switched on. Days were warm, but evenings dropped to around 10 degrees, and the apartment got very cold. When we asked for help and maybe someone to bring us an electric heater, the host said it was not possible and was impolite and unwilling to assist; the communication felt rather rude. Only after 4–5 long, detailed messages and several phone calls did she finally give us the code to the storage room where an extra duvet was kept, so I was not cold at least while sleeping. The rest of the time I used the hairdryer to warm up the bedroom. Something this simple shouldn't have taken so much effort. The apartment is also very dark. It gets almost no natural sunlight, and the lighting in general is poor, which makes things like doing your makeup quite difficult.

Good starting point to see Kraków

Very good location, within short walk to the old town,it was very quiet, comfortable bed

It didn’t have any storage/cupboard space for clothes, also it would be useful to have a shower mat for the floor

nice apartment with terrible bed

altogether nice apartment. you can see some people put a lots of effort into it.

bed. i have traveled around the whole world and never slept on worse mattress. i do not believe that same people who put so much effort to the apartment decided to put there that awful thing there. it was that old style mattress with spring inside it. and the worst of them all. you can feel each one of them. next day i woke up totally messed up and my whole day was worthless. we need to put there 2 extra blankets so the next night at least it was a bit better. but how dumb you must be to put so much effort to the apartment and then ruined with the most important thing? you spend most of your time there in bed. rest of day you are usually exploring the city. so all the facilities are nice, but the bed is the most important thing. by far. it's beyond idiotic to decide to spend so much money in the apartment and then save literally couple bucks on the most important thing. the dummy who decided to put there that mattress should spend the rest of his life sleeping on it.. :/

Consigliato!
