Wouldnt book through this company if they were the last ones available in the world.

Nothing. We arrived the key code didnt work, no matter how times they told us that it was the correct code it did not work. You couldn't speak to anyone on the phone so we had to communicate through email which was slow.

They said they would relocate us to a different property which we got a taxi too. We entered the property and someone else was staying there. There was personal belonging, rubbish and a fridge full of food. When I emailed to demand someone contact us on the phone they fully cancelled oir booking with no explanation. We ended up getting a travelodge.

SCAM!

Absolutely nothing!

Terrible customer service Every single Room was filthy Got scammed ! Was unable to stay at the property I was given the run around, there was no key for the room that i booked. Each room they sent us to after that was a complete disaster! Then to top it off i was accused of stealing a key for a room that i DIDNT STAY IN. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AND I MEAN COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

Only just passable

The bed

We had a kettle in the room, no cups to make a cuppa. We had 1 towel for 2 people. The room was freezing there was a radiator but it was turned off. The pillows were flat as a fart but the bed was comfy. There was a communal kitchen but no crockery. There was a load of rubbish just left outside which wasn’t good

There was a fire alarm going off throughout my whole stay, I contacted the hosts by email and they never got back to me or came to fix the problem. The floors were disgusting, never been hoovered in ages. There's no knifes or folks to eat food with.
