Location was very convenient to 3 different subway stations with plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience storea. Quiet neighborhood area with easy access to a Main Street and only 15-20 minutes walk from kabukicho. Rooms and beds were very spacious for a Tokyo apartment and a quiet balcony overlooking a parking lot. Great for a family with small kids or a larger group of people who don't mind splitting into two rooms.
Wi-Fi was inconsistent and not located in the room. It shut off the first two nights for about 12 hours from 20:30 to 8:30, but the host was responsive and provided us a dedicated Wi-Fi modem for the remainder of our stay. No elevators for anyone looking heavy or large amounts of luggage. A family sized kitchen table is nice but made it, a little bit cramped and blocked access to the balcony.

Location excellent 10 minutes from shinjiku plus 2 other quieter stations within 10 minutes walk aswell, the beds were comfy and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby
Bit of confusion with early check in and no TV ( to watch world cup ) also very limited crockery and cooking utensils but otherwise great little flat in fab location
