We spent an unforgettable family holiday here in August and could not have asked for a better place to stay.
The undisputed highlight is the private rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi. Relaxing up there in the evenings after a day out was pure luxury and made our trip truly special.
Inside, the apartment is exceptionally well designed and furnished with great care and immense attention to detail—it immediately felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the modern bathroom is spotless. A massive plus, especially when traveling with small children: the bedroom blinds provide 100% total blackout, ensuring everyone got deep, undisturbed sleep every single night.
The location is simply unbeatable. You are in a central yet quiet spot, with supermarkets just around the corner. It is only about a 5-minute walk to the Balcón de Europa, and depending on which beach you prefer, you can reach several gorgeous bays in just 10 to 20 minutes on foot.
On top of that, communication with the host was top-tier: lightning-fast responses, incredibly accommodating, and full of fantastic local recommendations.
We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Nerja!
The only practical note is that the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. However, this was completely hassle-free for us: we had a stroller with us and were able to safely leave it downstairs in the building's hallway.
