Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The property owner was not in Armenia during our stay, which made communication difficult and sometimes slow. In addition, the apartment was not cleaned or maintained during our stay.
Another concern was the payment process. The owner sent a friend to collect the payment, and no receipt, written confirmation, or proof of payment was provided. This made the process feel unprofessional and lacking in transparency, leaving us uncomfortable regarding the transaction.
The listing is also described as a hotel, while in reality it is simply a private apartment and not a hotel as advertised. We hope the listing information can be made more accurate and that the level of service and communication with guests can be improved in the future
