Mir hat die Lage mitten in Genuas Altstadt sehr gefallen, es ist sehr authentisch, in einer der ganz engen alten Gassen in Porto Antico, keine 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Piazza Principe und vom Hafen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Lorenzo hat auf Fragen per Whatsapp schnell reagiert und auch das fehlende Waschmittel vorbeigebracht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Grundausstattung für ein paar Tage, denn man ist die meiste Zeit sowieso unterwegs. Die Waschmaschine ist nice to have, das WiFi ist superschnell, einfach online registriert oder per Knopfdruck auf dem Router verbunden.
Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, der Wasserkocher hat ein Leck, kann nicht verwendet und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. So toll die Bar in der Küche ist, nach ein paar Tagen vermisst man einen Tisch und Stühle. Auch ein Beistelltisch neben dem Bett und/oder bei der Couch und ein paar Haken für Jacken etc. wären sinnvoll. Beim ausgelassen Duschen läuft man Gefahr, die ganze Wohnung zu überschwemmen, da das Gefälle in Kombination mit dem Abfluss nicht gut funktioniert. Mit dem Duschkopf in der Hand gehts.

The location was close to the train station. It was easy to explore the city on foot from this location. There were lots of interesting markets and restaurants nearby, even during the off-season time when I was there. The kitchen was equipped in a usable way, not just for show. It was perfect for a solo traveller wanting to spread out for a short time, although there was additional sleeping space for another person.

I letti mal disposti e soprattutto le reti danneggiate e rumorosissime. Il divano letto(1 piazza) danneggiato con la parte centrale rialzata. Notte praticamente in bianco. Basterebbe poco per rendere l'appartamento confortevole.
