L’appartement est refait et tout est neuf. Il était très propre et confortable. La chambre parentale donnant sur un puis de lumière est silencieuse, l’autre chambre comporte deux lits simples confortables pour deux adultes de grande taille et donne sur une rue tranquille. Pour se garer il faut trouver une place qui sera payante. ( 1 euro de l’heure sauf le dimanche). Tous les équipement sont opérationnels. Très belle décoration aussi.
Il est assez éloigné du centre ( 20 minutes à pied).

La cage d’escalier sentait très mauvais et est vieillissante.
Même si la communication a été facile avant notre arrivée, l’accueil a été expéditif et sans conseils utiles pour visiter ou autre. Il y avait 2 dosettes de décaféiné pour 4 personnes, aucune infusion et aucun autre produit de première nécessité. Si vous y restez quelques jours il vous faudra tout acheter ( sel, poivre, huile…) Pas de bouteille d’eau de courtoisie. Impression d’une location sans accueil chaleureux.

Grand, calme, bien équipé.
Assez cher par rapport à ce qu'on a trouvé pendant notre semaine Andalouse. Peu lumineux. Assez triste.

A very nice apartment close to the main Malaga railway station, in the Soho area of Malaga.
The communal stairs to the apartment do need updating (can't blame the apartment owner) but the actual apartment was very well appointed. 2 great bedrooms and a nice bathroom.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It's also very close to the main train station.
The host was rude from the start. As we arrived late she wanted to charge us 10 EUR in cash that were not in the rental agreement from Booking.com. We felt this was inadequate, and we also didn't have cash at hand to pay, which added to the inconvenience. My impression is that we, as travelers, had to pay her extra to bring the keys, when that can be solved by having an employee, or a key box.
Furthermore, the street where the room was located has a bad smell that can be sensed even after entering the building.
