About this apartment rental
Welcome. Built during its heyday, with a distinctive Amsterdam flair and a touch of Dutch history, this loft features all the original architectural elements. Renovated in 2016, the apartment now offers modern amenities. The area is very popular; this neighborhood was ranked as the most beautiful in the city, and you’re right in the heart of the historic museum district—meaning many of the central attractions, side trips, and the hustle and bustle are nearby, giving you a head start on exploring and enjoying the city.
The apartment towers above its neighbors, offering stunning views in every season. Head up to the rooftop in summer for even more impressive vistas—perfect for a sunny workday, a relaxed afternoon on the sundeck, or a great BBQ with friends.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need to cook, enjoy drinks, spend time together, or simply unwind. The living area offers a cinema-like experience for movie nights, and a Nintendo console is available as well. For those who like to stay active, there’s basic sports equipment for both indoor and outdoor use. The popular Vondelpark is just a minute away, offering even more options.
We also provide a set of bikes for your use. If you need a car, we’d be happy to discuss your options. In addition, we’re always happy to help arrange unique experiences in the city—such as a private boat tour off the beaten path—or offer personalized recommendations to make your stay even more memorable.
Extra:
Included complimentary services (subject to availability):
Free car use: Audi A4 Avant Sport or BMW iX1 (upon request)
Free bikes: regular or electric
Free apartment cleaning: scheduled upon request
Free bike subscription (Swapfiets): e-bike available if preferred
Free gym access: ClassPass
Free weekly supply of sodas at home
