About this house rental
Tramontana is a cozy apartment located just 50 meters from the beautiful fine-sand beach of the Gulf of Palinuro, in the heart of the Cilento National Park. Our property is situated along the coastal road, halfway between the picturesque villages of Pisciotta and Palinuro. Just a short walk from Tramontana, you’ll find bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a small fruit and vegetable shop, a bookstore, both public and equipped beaches (in the summer), and, of course, an unforgettable sea.
Brezza di Mare
is ideally located for those seeking a beach vacation without sacrificing tranquility. Our five homes are nestled in lush greenery, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean plants, and are just a short walk from the beach: simply cross the coastal road to feel the sand beneath your feet. In the evening, the sea breeze naturally cools the air, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious common area serves as a parking lot, with one reserved parking spot for each unit.
Guest Access
Tramontana guests have the entire house to themselves, along with a parking space in the olive grove shared with the other four units. Common areas include outdoor showers surrounded by greenery (one of which has hot water), perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, a private path down to the beach, and a terrace with a sea view, ideal for relaxing.

Tramontana opens onto a bright, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower stall and bidet. In the living area, there are two fold-away bunk beds (ideal for children or adults of smaller stature). The small terrace with a gazebo serves as an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners, with a picturesque glimpse of the sea. There is independent pedestrian access via a locked gate, ensuring privacy and convenience.
