Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bath Tudor in south Kansas City! With room for 8 guests, it's a comfortable home base for family visits, weekend getaways, work trips, game days and longer stays. With a king and three queens, it's perfect for groups of couples or families with older kids.

THE SPACE
Our classic Tudor has plenty of room to spread out and still feels like home. Start your morning with coffee on the front porch. Gather around the big farmhouse dining table for family dinners or game night. Cook a full meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Central air keeps you comfortable all year.

- Living room: 2 couches and a TV for movie nights and game days

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils, so you can cook anything from a quick breakfast to a holiday meal. Fire up the propane grill out back for burgers and brats on game day. The dining table seats the whole group, with a bench for extra room.

- Two dedicated desks/workspaces (Bedrooms 2 and 3) — great for remote work or work trips

- Exterior Ring cameras cover the front porch, backyard and driveway for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

- Waldo and Brookside, with local restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques: just a few minutes away
- Country Club Plaza: about 10–15 minutes
- Nelson-Atkins Museum, Union Station and the Crossroads Arts District: about 15–20 minutes
- Downtown and the Power & Light District: about 20 minutes
- Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium, for Chiefs and Royals games: about 20–25 minutes
- Kansas City International Airport: about 35–40 minutes

We offer weekly and monthly discounts. The home works well for traveling professionals, relocating families, insurance stays and anyone who needs a comfortable place for a few weeks or months.
