The space is a fully renovated 1930s V4+1 house with 249m2 of internal area, divided into 3 floors and a 144m2 garden. It is located in downtown Porto, more specifically on Avenida Camilo, Bonfim. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a 12m2 walk-in closet, interior balcony and full bathroom, and the other two are equipped with wardrobes and are served by a full bathroom. The intermediate floor has an office with a sofa bed and a living room, opening onto an exterior balcony with access to the garden. The lower floor has a bedroom, bathroom and dining room with direct access to the outside. The kitchen is American-style and fully equipped with the following appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee machine. The garden has a barbecue, a dining area, and a landscaped area. It is located in downtown Porto: 200m from Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station and 850m from Bolhão Market. It is an area very well served by public transportation. The History: A typical Porto house, built in 1935 by my great-grandfather for my grandmother, who wanted to personalize it so much that she had her initials inscribed on the facade. - IG. I have excellent memories of this house and this project served as an opportunity to give it a new life. The rehabilitation was therefore a meticulous process, where we tried to preserve as much as possible everything that is original in the house, keeping the memories alive and adding all the comforts of modern times. Situated between the Baixa and the eastern part of the city – one of the most culturally promising areas of the city – Bonfim is seen as the "last stronghold of Porto", where tourism has not yet arrived en masse and the population lives in a lively and functional symbiosis with the commerce established there for several decades, a new dynamic of trendy businesses and an effervescent cultural agenda.
