Nestled in the peaceful countryside, our cozy bungalow offers a relaxing getaway with the added convenience of onsite boarding kennels—perfect for guests traveling with furry family members. Breakfast is available upon request. Enjoy a tranquil stay while being centrally located between Manchester and Liverpool airports, (25 to 35 mins away) with easy access to the nearby towns of Warrington and St Helens.
We are proudly pet-friendly, and guests can take advantage of our on-site luxury boarding kennels and day-care facilities at a significantly reduced rate—perfect for those travelling with furry companions. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide an elevated, tranquil retreat.
You can arrive through the main doors or slip in quietly via your private rear entrance for complete discretion and ease!
Kindly be advised that we accept only individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Please also note: whilst being a pet friendly property we are also a licensed boarding kennels; therefore are required to book your doggies into the kennels but at a huge discount in comparison to as if you weren't staying here. Pets are only allowed into the kitchen area of the property and the dog gate must be closed whilst the dog is in here. Guide dogs are not classed as pets so they may, by law, accompany you wherever you may go. Shoes must be removed whilst walking on the carpet so bring your slippers :) any other questions or for any clarity please message before booking and I will swiftly respond.

The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. We had 2 chihuahuas with us and they had a lovely space to run about as long as its away from the kennels. We had breakfast 1 morning which was excellent, Zac went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Just one minor problem we had was some disturbance from the dogs barking and as we are animal lovers it didn't bother us through the day but we had a couple of nights restless sleep, so maybe bring a pair of ear plugs with you.mind you if it hadn't of been so hot the windows and doors would of been closed and we wouldn't of heard them much. Zac runs about like a busy bee and never sits down, overall a beautiful place to stay.
