Welcome to The Artist's Garden Studio, a private studio and bathroom designed for up to two guests in West Palm Beach's Old Northwood Historic District. The Studio combines an artful, comfortable interior with shared tropical outdoor spaces and easy access to downtown, beaches, dining, boating, shopping, and the arts.

THE STUDIO
Settle into a queen bed and enjoy air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a private full bathroom, linens, towels, and starter toiletries. The refreshment area includes a Keurig coffee maker, starter coffee, wine glasses, and a mini refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The Studio does not have a full kitchen.

SHARED OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to landscaped gardens, brick-paver patios, outdoor dining, and several sitting areas around the property. Find shade beneath the mango tree, relax near the large palms in the front yard, or enjoy the property's evening garden lighting and outdoor daybeds. Pergola and patio seating is distributed around the grounds; access varies by unit, and the curtained pergola behind the Main House is reserved for Main House guests.

SHARED HOT TUB
There is one hot tub shared by guests staying in the property's three separate accommodations: the Main House, Cottage, and Studio. It is first come, first served, is not private to the Studio, and cannot be reserved or guaranteed at a particular time. Please follow the posted instructions and replace the cover after every use.

BIKES
Two shared bicycles—one small and one large—may be available upon request. Availability is not guaranteed, so please contact management for current access and use details.

EXPLORE WEST PALM BEACH
Start nearby in Old Northwood and Northwood Village for restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and neighborhood nightlife. Continue to downtown West Palm Beach for Clematis Street, CityPlace, waterfront activity, and performances at the Kravis Center. Boating enthusiasts can explore the Rybovich area and harbor, while the Palm Beach International Boat Show brings a major seasonal event to the downtown waterfront.

For a beach day, head north via Blue Heron Boulevard toward Singer Island and Ocean Reef Park for beach access, nearby dining, and public parking. To the south, Palm Beach offers Worth Avenue's shops and restaurants along with smaller beach areas where access and parking can be more limited.

• One pet maximum under the current house rules
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is before 11:00 AM
• Self-check-in details and the private access code are delivered directly to confirmed guests before arrival
• Free street parking is available in front of the property on a first-come basis
• Washer and dryer are available in the building
• Starter supplies are provided; guests on longer stays should plan to replenish what they use
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
• No parties or events, and no unregistered visitors after 10:00 PM
• The booking guest must be at least 21 years old

The front and back yards, garden, hot tub, patios, outdoor dining areas, and bicycles are shared with guests in the other accommodations. Please be considerate of others, keep shared areas tidy, and do not leave personal items behind.
