"Maria's Pearl," located in the heart of the most prestigious part of the "Island of the Sun," is an apartment born out of love—first from my aunt and then from me—to make her friends and guests feel right at home, with the feeling of a vacation within a vacation.Located on the most beautiful beach (both historic and picturesque), near the GIT and the century-old Rose Park, it’s just 10 minutes from the historic center, Fido Beach, and the marina, as well as shops, restaurants (seafood and upscale), spas, concerts, conferences, pizzerias and kebab shops, wine bars, ice cream shops, bars, nightclubs, a water park, wellness centers, moonlit walks and sunsets, supermarkets, bakeries, a famous hair salon,
, a laundromat, tennis courts and mini-golf courses, bike trails through nature reserves, boat tours, and public transportation.Almost all stores are open year-round. Numerous car and bike parking spots around the house (free and paid (€7 per day) and covered) (all parking is free throughout the winter).First-floor apartment with an elevator; new, cozy, intimate, quiet, with a large terrace that’s sunny in both summer and winter—perfect for enjoying all day long (eating, relaxing, sunbathing, reading…),equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi (TV, smart TV with your account so you can watch your favorite shows just like at home), and everything you might need (beds made, towels, and dish towels).The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and all the comforts. Our staff is always on hand, helpful, and ready to support our friends—our guests—at all times with love, enthusiasm, and joy; they’ll do their best to communicate in your language, whether verbally, in writing, or with the help of Google.The apartment feels fresh and new every season and time of year (with different atmospheres for Christmas, Easter, fall…), pampering you with something new each time and making you want to return again and again to spend time with family.Grado is a beautiful city to experience and visit all year round. In summer, enjoy the sun, relaxation, sandy beaches, and rocky shores (the harbor), with both shallow and deep waters for swimming, boat trips (Grado–Marano, Barbana)(with the chance to enjoy excellent seafood), bike rides (bikes available for rent), and nature walks

Opportunities to practice water sports such as windsurfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, canoeing, and wakeboarding.Fall: (before getting back into the full swing of the routine—work) relaxation, outings: by bike and boat, historical tours (Trieste, Aquileia, Palmanova, Duino, Muggia, Redipuglia, Udine, etc.).Winter—Christmas: markets, events, and shows (Varvuole, fireworks set to music, water, fire, and light displays, hot and cold beach pools and a sauna, local music).
