The apartment is on the ground / garden level. An elevator is available in the residence, but you do not need to use it to reach the apartment. There are a few steps within the residence on the route to the apartment.

• A living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, suitable for adults, and an open-plan kitchen.

• A private bathroom with a bathtub; the toilet is in a separate room outside the bathroom.

• Individual reversible air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedroom.

• Orange fibre internet / Wi-Fi: 2 Gbit.

• A 32-inch Smart TV (approximately 80 cm) with an Orange TV decoder.



• A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.



The private terrace and garden are for your exclusive use and are partially fenced. Free underground parking is available in an unassigned space. Space dimensions: approximately 2.3 m wide by 5.5 m long; maximum vehicle height 2 m.



The residence has a shared, unheated swimming pool, open from 4 April to 1 November 2026, from 8 am to 9 pm. Please contact us for the exact opening and closing dates next season.



From the last Saturday of June until the end of August, sun loungers cost 5 euros per person for a half day or 10 euros per person for a full day, payable on site. The red wristband provided grants pool access only; sun loungers are not included. You may instead bring your towel and use the designated area without loungers.



• A cot, highchair and baby bath are available on site.

• Please request the cot mattress and baby bed linen before arrival.

• Beach equipment and a playground accessible to guests are also available.



Self check-in is available via a digital key lockbox. We provide 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance. Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting. These optional services are not included in the rental.



Pets require approval before booking. A fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.



The nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes away on foot and about 400 m away as the crow flies. The Palais des Festivals and La Croisette are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car. Receive your welcome guide after booking.
