Had the absolute worst experience!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Hello, we are just now checking out of this apartment and have had the absolute worst experience. Sewage must have been coming up through the bathroom the whole time because it smelled VILE. So bad that we avoided being in the apartment which is very unfair to us and couldn’t use the bathroom in there. Keep in mind the toilet was flushed the whole time and sewage was probably coming up through the shower. It made the entire place reek for our whole stay. On top of an already horribly maintained building and the hallways had a terrible mold stench which was also very dirty. We honestly couldn’t tell which smell was worse. Then to top it all off they DID NOT respond when we had issues so nothing got handled at all!!! And we had agreed upon a 12pm check in but the cleaning service they hired was sick and late to start so we spent the first 20 minutes in the apartment waiting while this man finished cleaning the floors when we really needed to sleep. For a $700 per night stay this was absolutely ridiculous and we are extremely disappointed. Please let us know if there’s anything you can do about this. We thought it was a good choice initially because of the good reviews but clearly it was not. UPDATE: We called for some resolution with full text message proof of the issue and the hosts are saying that we lied. The hosts are FRAUDS!! We are now out $1000s more because we had to stay somewhere else. When we asked to fix the problem they said WAY LATE that they would fix it AFTER WE LEFT??? How does that help???

Location. Across from the large parking lot and steps away from the harbor m.

Very narrow stairs and a long walk up, but worth it because the balcony is very special. The ceilings slant down very low but it gave it some charm in my view.
