location was fantastic - in the heartland of Ludlow. Inside the apartment it was super clean, impressive what was inside - decent size kitchen area and living room, spacious and very comfortable. It was in fact "The Cwtch" I liked the touches that you could donate charity money for a book found on the shelf in the Kitchen/living room. The guide found in the apartment which showed "things to do in the area" was impressive. Myself and my wife took a couple of idea from the guide, so thanks for that. Inside the Cwtch was pretty, very stylish and authentic.
Just a couple of things. Me and my wife found it confusing where the exact location was. There are quite a few apartment areas aside from where the Cwtch was situated. we did find it eventually online, but I think we both assumed the Cwtch wouldn't be in the same building as the Coral betting firm. It was separate from Coral having a side door and then was on the second floor of the building. Just to put it here, Coral didn't cause us any issues during our stay :). Finally the shower I would say is not the most powerful compared to some but still it's good and has Hot water.

Not being notified when key pad on outside door was changed and couldn’t get in, luckily another resident helped us out

Really comfortable, a lot of attention to detail - we liked the thought that had gone into being environmentally friendly.
Very central location.
Nothing bad about the accommodation - the description could be clearer on where to find the door! And suggestions for parking would be helpful in the pre-arrival info.
