The property was very clean and well decorated
The heating downstairs didn’t work. After a very chilly first evening and night we contacted the owner who said the boiler needed adjusting and suggested we used the air conditioning in the lounge instead. Unfortunately the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were not heated at all during our stay! The boiler indicated, as the owner said, that a repair was needed!
Also the beds are very short.

The location was very close to the center of Colmar and the apartment was very clean. The communication with the host was excellent receiving a lot of details how to handle everything. The public parking was in the front of the building.
The size of the beds could have been larger.
