YAMILA UNA TERRIBLE MALEDUCADA.

La verdad que la situación fue muy incómoda desde el primer momento.
Yo reservé un departamento por Booking con determinadas fotos y características. Cuando llegué al lugar, me encontré con que el departamento no era el mismo que figuraba en la publicación. Nada que ver con lo que había contratado. En ese momento llamé a Yamila, que fue quien gestionó toda la operación.
Tengo la llamada grabada porque realmente fue una conversación muy desagradable. Yo intenté explicarle con tranquilidad que el departamento no era el que había reservado y que me sentía engañado, ya que nadie me avisó con anticipación que me iban a cambiar de unidad. Si ya sabían que había un overbooking, lo mínimo era avisarme antes de que yo llegara.
Lo que más molestó no fue solamente el cambio, sino la forma en que fui tratado. En lugar de dar una explicación clara o pedir disculpas, me habló de mala manera y llegó a decirme frases como: “¿Qué preferís? Está todo alquilado, la ciudad está colapsada, ¿vas a dormir en la calle?”. Me pareció totalmente fuera de lugar, sobre todo considerando que yo estaba a apenas media hora de mi casa y simplemente había querido pasar un fin de semana en el lugar que elegí.
En un momento me cortó la llamada diciendo que tenía huéspedes que atender. Yo le respondí: “Yo también soy un huésped que tenés que atender”. Su respuesta fue: “Bueno, cuando te calmes, hablamos” y me cortó la llamada de una. Lo cierto es que en todo momento yo estuve calmado. De hecho, la conversación está grabada y se puede escuchar claramente que quien estaba nerviosa, alterada y con un tono altanero era ella.
Además, el cambio de departamento evidentemente ya estaba decidido antes de mi llegada, porque el propietario del otro departamento ya estaba al tanto de la situación. Entonces, si ya sabían que me iban a cambiar, ¿por qué no avisarme antes? Eso me habría dado la posibilidad de aceptar o cancelar con tiempo y evitar todo este mal momento.
