Wow, what a lucky find! The location is right in the centre, it made for such a good base to explore the Cotswolds and Gloucester because the buses are so close by. The whole house is incredibly clean and tidy, my room was very comfy with a comfy bed that had an electric bed warmer - that’s the first time I’ve come across it in the UK and it was soo nice to use! The home is fantastic, but the host Andy just made it all so much better. He was so friendly, helpful, and always on top of keeping the house in a very hospitable condition. He helped me carry my bags up the stairs and offered to help again when I was checking out. He was full of great recommendations and useful tips for the area and also for my next destination (which was London). He always responded immediately to whatever I asked on WhatsApp and he was immediate to answer the door when I checked in and when I returned to pick up my luggage after I checked out. Everything was just stellar, and I highly recommend staying here!

I cannot find fault at all with Maison Indigo. I travelled alone for the Cheltenham Lit Fest and it was absolutely perfect. The room was immaculate with plenty of storage, a desk and chair, well lit and a very comfortable bed. Although the bathroom was shared it was also immaculate and with only three rooms there was never a wait for the bathroom. I only used the kitchen for breakfast but there was plenty of fridge space and a full equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook more.
Location was ideal, only a short walk to the centre of town and to the bus stop if you wanted to go further afield (direct 10 minute bus to the station).
