Xin Hotel Hangzhou Xixi Wetland- Free Airport Pickup

This hotel is very therapeutic, 200% Zen vibe. They offer full vegetarian breakfast, eating clean after all good and nice food taken outside of the hotel. The staffs are all super friendly, helpful and attentive. I went for a hike in nine creeks with short pants, terrible mistake! Got bitten by midge all over the places. The butler service offered by the hotel is impeccable, they immediately sends on many bottles of their herbs cream, helped to soothe down the irritation - itchiness that is understated far from what I experienced. Aircon was controlled remotely, but they had no problem in adjusting the temperature to our liking, even we requested it in the middle of the night (thankful for a goodnight sleep). My parents and parent in-laws are super thankful for their attentiveness care to the elderly, never had a moment that we need to worry about our luggage even though they were all very heavy. Thank you to the staff who carried our bags, apologies didn’t get your name, and the helpful aunties who sent in so many bottles of green cream for me. Special thank note from my in laws to 小禾, we felt warmth throughout our stay in Xixi Xin hotel.

The room was a little bit too dim. Worry about of midgets outside of the room, unable to enjoy our time at the beautifully decorated patio outside of our room.

It is difficult to describe just how exceptional this experience was. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including several excellent properties during this trip across China, so I do not say this lightly: Xin Hotel was in a different league when it came to the overall experience and personal attention. What made it special was not one particular thing, but the consistency of everything. The welcome, hospitality, attention to detail, beautiful rooms, massage, relaxation sessions, tea experiences and continuous support from the team were all outstanding. Nothing felt transactional; there was a genuine sense that the staff wanted us to enjoy every moment of our stay. The hotel even arranged a car for our local journeys and provided complimentary transportation, alongside many other thoughtful services that would be impossible to list individually. It felt less like simply staying at a hotel and more like being personally looked after throughout our time in Hangzhou. I arrived slightly uncertain about my choice of hotel, but I left amazed by the quality of the experience. The property is exceptional, but the people and management behind it are what make it truly memorable. I would recommend Xin Hotel without hesitation.

I tried to find something constructive to mention here, but I cannot. It is very rare for me to stay at a hotel and have nothing meaningful to criticise, especially after experiencing many different hotels during my travels. I was slightly hesitant when I originally made the booking, which makes the experience even more impressive. From arrival until departure, I honestly cannot think of a single negative point worth mentioning.
