I would not recommend this property, especially for families

nothing

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, we found that the villa was not in a condition suitable for stay, especially as we were travelling with children. The swimming pool was dirty and contained insects, making it unusable. There were also insects inside the rooms, and it was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests. The access road to the villa was in very poor condition (mud, stones, and water), making it difficult and risky to reach by car. In addition, there was a guard staying on-site at the front of the villa, which was not clearly disclosed and affected our privacy. One of the rooms also had clothes hanging to dry, which raised concerns that the property was not properly prepared or exclusively available. Due to these issues, we did not stay at the property at all and had to leave immediately. We contacted the owners with photos and videos, but they initially refused to provide any refund. We then had to contact Booking.com multiple times and push for escalation. After a long and time-consuming process, only 3 nights were refunded. Overall, this was a very stressful and time-wasting experience. The condition of the property was not acceptable, and the handling of the situation made it worse.

Super villa
