WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

DO NOT BOOK HERE, the photos aren't real! It's a trap, when I arrived there , there wasn't nothing to do with the reality! WORST EXPERIENCE IN 10 years with booking! I asked for my money back and didn't receive them! THE HOST NEVER RESPOND ME AT THE PHONE ! NO HOT WATER, NO WIFI ,NO PILLOWS ! There was nothing! Also there was living someone else! I was embarrassed by the antourage! Totally awful!

A practical and good value place, especially for colleagues or small project teams working in the area.

The apartment is quite spacious and practical. We stayed there as colleagues working on a project nearby and the layout worked well for us because there are several beds and enough room so everyone has their own space. The self check-in with the key box was straightforward and the instructions were clear. The place had the basic things we needed like a well equipped kitchen, towels and a good shower. The attic style also makes it feel quite open. For the price in the Frankfurt area the value was definitely good.

Nothing major. Since it’s an attic apartment there are some sloped ceilings, so taller people need to be a bit careful in some spots, but that’s normal for this type of apartment.

Terrible!!!!!

"This was the worst experience I’ve had in many years. Upon arrival, we were given a completely different apartment from the one we had booked. Not a single detail matched the photos in the listing. We received a derelict, broken-down apartment that had NOTHING: no table, no chairs, no towels, no dishes, no pans, no pots—nothing. The place looked as if it had been robbed and ransacked, or like a foreclosed property where the owners had been forcibly evicted. No one answered the phone number provided in the listing, even though we tried calling from different phones. We somehow managed to get in touch via WhatsApp, where, to our horror, we were told: 'write down what is missing and we will bring it tomorrow.' The apartment only had beds and bedding; there was nothing else. The bathroom in the listing photos also belongs to a different apartment. We had to buy a frying pan and several kitchen utensils ourselves. The host or service staff would occasionally message us saying the problem would be solved or that they might change our apartment, but that never happened. Returning the following evening, we found a few dishes, pots, some chairs, and a table had been brought in, but it was nothing like what was shown in the advertisement. A few days later, they brought a TV, which didn't work because the promised Wi-Fi was also missing. Someone would enter the apartment without any warning while we were out, bringing items one by one. After seven days, 'someone' finally brought a router, so the internet was only connected after more than a week. We received no attention, no apology, or anything similar from the service team. Furthermore, there is no private paid parking near the apartment; we were told to park our car on the street. Moreover - they took a deposit as it was written in house rules and I'm not sure if we'll get it back. I have all the photos of real apartment and I would like to publish it. I'm still waiting what booking.
