We will not book again.

The location is close to many touristic spots.

Communication with the host was extremely poor. English is our only language, and the only ways to contact the host were through messaging, phone, or the website. We had several questions about arrival, the property, and the invoice. I asked about four questions and received an answer to only one, about two weeks later. After our stay, we followed up four times over a month requesting a detailed invoice, since Booking.com does not provide one, and still received no response. The apartment also had several issues. The bed was uncomfortable, and the closet behind it could only be reached by literally walking on the bed. We traveled with our 1-year-old, but no child accommodation was provided, and our messages about it were not answered. The sofa was dirty. There are so many stairs to reach the third floor, and the stirs were narrow, dirty, and broken! It feels like you are doomed. There is a kitchen (or small restaurant) in the first floor that the smells are strong during the day. Noise was another major problem. There is no air conditioning, so opening the windows is basically the only option. The street is very narrow and busy, with many bars nearby, and at night we could clearly hear people outside, including loud groups leaving the bars. Overall, the location may be convenient, but the noise, poor communication, and apartment conditions made the stay difficult.

Amazing location that feels cozy like home

The location is amazing -- easy walk to bus + metro + RER, amazing restaurants, and landmarks. Cozy interior with all of the amenities of home, we especially appreciated the washing machine! Host was very responsive and even hopped on video chat when we needed help.

The steps up to the apartment are a little uneven and narrow, it was a little hard to get our heavy luggage up. The bed is almost as big as the bedroom, making it a little tricky to get out.
