The capsule was quite comfortable, the sheets were clean and comfy, perfect temperature. I really liked the common areas, there is a lounge downstairs where you can work or watch tv, and a big kitchen very clean and well equipped with automatic coffee machines, snack vending machines, air fryer, and a big safe-fridge, where each person gets a slot to put their stuff and opens with a code (so no one takes your food).
There was some dirt inside my luggage bin from the previous guest, but just some paper and leaves. The lock on my capsule was broken and hanging above the door frame. I didn't like that the "on" button of the capsule was lit up all night, so I couldn't be in complete darkness, but I guess it is like that so you can find it easily. The bathrooms were also quite dirty, with garbage bins overflowing (but also it was late at night, and the bathrooms are on the same floor as the capsules so probably they want to avoid making too much noise with a cleaner)

Capsule was nice, no noise from other capsules.
Washrooms could have been maintained in a better way.

"It was central location downtown! The staff were amazing and accommodating, I wanted to switch capsules and they did so with no hassle. It was clean. They have private showers and even washing machine..."
