Haus mit viel Potential aber grosse Katastrophe!!!
Leider hat es mit der Buchung nicht geklappt und wir wurden kurzfristig auf ein anderes Haus umgebucht. Die Bewertung bezieht sich somit auf ein Haus in Satteldorf, in der Weidenhäuser Straße.
Modern eingerichtetes Haus, relativ neu...Satteldorf ist ein schöner Ort.
Wurden kurzfristig auf ein anderes Haus umgebucht da die Heizung ausgefallen ist. Dieses war zwar neu aber schon beim Betreten kam uns der Geruch von kaltem Rauch entgegen. Als Nichtraucherfamilie ein totales No-Go. Später stellten wir fest dass der Rauch von den Mietern im selben Haus durch einen Türspalt und das Schlüsselloch einer abgeschlossenen Türe zogen. Es roch in der ganzen Wohnung extrem nach Rauch. Die Toilette lief bei jedem Spülgang über und das Wasser schappte aus dem Becken. Der Duschvorhang war total versüfft. Die Spiegel im Bad waren für eine Körpergrösse von mindestens 2m angebracht. Es funktionierten nur die hälfte der Leuchtmittel im Bad. Im Flur gab es gar keine Leuchten, es hingen noch die Kabel aus der Wand. In der Küche war leider zu wenig Besteck und der Backofen schmutzig. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses war schmutzig. Unter dem Bett und dem Sofa liefen die Wollmäuse umher. Die Bettdecken sind für Winter leider viel zu dünn. Schade...das Haus hat viel Potential aber es interessiert wohl keinen wirklich. Ich hab mehrmals versucht die Eigentümer zu erreichen hatte aber leider keinen Erfolg.

Dieser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe. Bereits vor der Anreise war der Vermieter praktisch nicht erreichbar: Auf Nachrichten über Booking.com wurde nicht geantwortet, und unter der hinterlegten Telefonnummer ging niemand ans Telefon. Erst unmittelbar vor der Anreise bekamen wir einen Teil der benötigten Informationen. Wichtige Fragen blieben offen.
Was uns bei der Ankunft erwartete, war schlicht eine Zumutung. Die Unterkunft wirkte, als wäre die Reinigung mittendrin abgebrochen worden: Der Staubsauger stand mitten im Zimmer, die Betten waren nicht gemacht und noch mit schmutziger, benutzter Bettwäsche bezogen. Der Mülleimer war voll, es lagen Salzstangen herum und auf dem Nachttisch sogar abgeschnittene Fingernägel. Im Bad hingen noch feuchte, benutzte Handtücher. So darf eine Unterkunft nicht an zahlende Gäste übergeben werden!
Wir versuchten umgehend, den Vermieter zu erreichen, um zu klären, ob noch jemand zur Reinigung kommt. Auch darauf haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Man lässt seine Gäste offenbar einfach mit diesen Zuständen allein.
Zum Glück hatten wir eigene saubere Leintücher dabei, weil sich die Frage nach der Bettwäsche vorab ebenfalls nicht klären ließ. Nur dadurch konnten wir dort überhaupt mehr schlecht als recht übernachten. An einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war unter diesen Umständen nicht zu denken.
Wir sind über den Zustand der Unterkunft und den Umgang mit uns als Gästen wirklich verärgert. Für eine derartige Leistung Geld zu verlangen, ist aus unserer Sicht eine Frechheit. Wir möchten unser Geld zurück und können nur ausdrücklich davon abraten, dieses Haus zu buchen.
