Stayed here whilst visiting family, very new hotel with lovely facilities. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast has a lot of excellent options.
There appeared to be a technical issue with the hotel’s booking system synchronising with Booking.com, which unfortunately meant we had to wait a couple of hours before we could officially check into our room. That said, the staff were very kind and welcoming throughout, which we appreciated.
One area that could perhaps benefit from some improvement is communication among staff regarding the “Do Not Disturb” signs. On the one afternoon of a very physically intense trip ( including two medical procedures ) when I had the opportunity to enjoy a proper rest, I made sure to leave the sign on the door, but was unfortunately woken up twice - first by housekeeping and then by reception, both regarding room cleaning.
While I genuinely appreciate the staff’s attentiveness and good intentions, it would be lovely if guests’ preferences for privacy and rest could be better respected. A little more consistency in staff communication and training would go a long way towards making an otherwise pleasant stay even better.

직원들이 친절하고, 물건을 분실할 뻔 했는데, 잘 보관하다가 돌려주었음. 방도 쾌적하고 좋음. 조식도 맛있음!
위치가 다소 아쉬움
