Location is excellent, staff very helpful and polite.
The hotel needs to ensure it discards old, torn bath mat towels when replacing daily linen in guest rooms.
Guest room toilets should be mopped with disinfectant to leave a fresh clean scent daily. These are the issues that doesn’t bode well for the claims of 5* quality for this brand.

The location was close to the CBD

Excellent location just 2 minutes away from Nanjing pedestrian road. The room is large and comfortable.
Breakfast was terrible and had very few options. Food was cold. Not enough tables to sit and the waiters don't remove the usef dishes. The hotel staff hardly speeks English. The staff needs to be trained better and should speak better English.
