We really enjoyed the layout of the room. The property was also within walking distance to the metro and a grocery store. The entire building and surrounding area was very quiet.
The description mentions there are staff members on site but that is not actually true. You don't personally interact with anybody. I was a bit challenging getting into the building but luckily a private residence helped us as best as she could.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Good size, comfortable and clean apartment. Responsive staff communication via text. Like the separate bathroom and shower design. High tech.
Parking is a challenge. We had to park in a public garage 10 to 15 minutes away but not a big deal. As to check in/out process, it would be good to provide clearer communication about the app/steps and remind guests to use/check their phones. We didn’t have issues but it may pose challenges for those who aren’t tech savvy.

False Description
False Description: the appartment has only one room instead of two. We arrived with three people and there was no separate sleeping room.
