There are four units, two in front at the street and two in back at the water. They should clarify which you are booking to avoid disgruntled guests. We stayed in #2 at the front. It was very clean and comfortable with everything a self-catering flat should have for meal prep. The street is quiet and the beach, restaurants, and cafes are a short walk away. Because of Florida's hard water, spots are left on dishes that air dry, so we were sure to towel dry dishes that we used. Being in a very humid environment, sometimes rentals can smell musty due to poor/older/unclean AC units, but this place did not - which was an absolute plus! Management is very responsive - another plus! I've stayed at more expensive properties in the area that weren't as clean. This place is a good value!
The mattress was super-ultra firm - very uncomfortable.

Great location--walking distance to the beach, dog park, and a few cafes. We loved having the (shared) dock on the bay out back. There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella we were happy to have.
No dishwasher--the hand-washed dishes were dirty from the last guest. Bringing in sand is a given but nothing available to clean it with so the floors get dirty quickly. Filthy shower curtain and dirty/dusty base boards. Soap dispensers were empty. The building is for sale and it feels like they are doing the very minimum to get by.
