Late check-in requests went unanswered, and we were left without accommodation on day of arrival.

Communication before arrival was very disappointing. Despite several requests via Booking.com, email, and phone regarding a later check-in, we never received a clear or timely response. On the day of arrival, our request was finally refused, and we were left without accommodation for our family, including two small children. No early or constructive solution was offered, which made the situation extremely stressful and far below the level of service we expected. The reservation was then cancelled by the property due to “not arriving on time”, and the full amount was charged to our account. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Our answer to the Message below of the Accommodation Manager: Thank you for your reply. I must formally dispute your characterization of this matter as a valid no-show cancellation. At the time of booking, our arrival was already scheduled for a later time, and we furthermore contacted you multiple times in advance via Booking.com messages, email, and telephone to request confirmation of a later check-in. These requests remained unanswered. In addition, on the day of travel our flight was rescheduled, which caused a further delay in our arrival. You were therefore informed in advance that we would not arrive at the originally planned time. Despite this, no binding confirmation, reasonable alternative arrangement, or constructive solution was provided. Instead, we were ultimately refused accommodation upon arrival, although we were traveling with two small children. For these reasons, I do not accept that this case constitutes a standard no-show under a non-refundable rate. We therefore formally request a review of the charge and the full reimbursement of the amount debited.

Very good

It was very clean, the bad was really comfortable. All what you need to say in Rome was nearby, everything was just 10min by walk . The personal stuff always available and happy to help.
