The building is new. Has everything needed. Easy code system for entry. Has a pool although I didn’t use as cool time of year. Nice quiet location . Great value for the money!
The WiFi was s little slow in my room

- Apartamento novo, muito limpo, cozinha equipada, toalhas e lençóis novos;
- Localização boa, perto do centro da lagoa;
-Lugar silencioso;
-Janela grande no banheiro, chuveiro bom;
-Arejado, grandes janelas.
-Apartamento pequeno, nao ha lugar p colocar mala, seus pertences;
-Nao tem varal e nem espaço p estender biquini, toalha, canga..
-banheiro pequeno, box tem tamanho bom, mas a area do vaso compete com a abertura da porta;
-Nao tem filtro de agua;
-Quarto claro, blackout nao escurece o suficiente para ficar escuro;
-Garagem pequena e difícil de manobrar, melhor considerar que não há garagem;
- Dificuldade em falar com um ser humano na central de reservas Seazone, qualquer problema na reserva é cansativo resolver.
