Good location, good apartment. The cash deposit needed to check in was not nice.

I did not like the fact that the host asked for a deposit upon check in and held an inspection upon check out to return in cash.

Very dirty apartment with rude receptionist, location is great though.

The property is at really good location, we could walk everywhere we needed to, rarely had to use a car and it’s near all kinds of attractions, restaurants etc.

First of all when we got to the apartment we were met by extremely arrogant and rude receptionist. Just by reading instructions, it seemed like it’s a self check - in stay, there was a lot of codes for doors, how to get keys, how to get into garage etc. When we got there that man came to greet us and literally started to harass us how we supposed to come to him first, really rude tone it was shocking. My husband speaks just some basic polish and he apologized to the man and told him that the instructions did not say that (which we also had to translate, because apparently nobody there speaks english not even a little bit) and the man literally said “I don’t give a fuck” to his face in polish. Rather than that, the apartment was very dirty. If I would have been in a country that I know I would probably would have left. But we were a guests to very different environment and culture that we are used to and the hospitality and how dirty apartment was really threw us off, we just did not knew what to do, so we tried to clean a little ourselves and make ourselves comfortable to not have to have more issues. When property accommodates 5 people you would expect at least five chairs by dining table, but there was only four. Conditioning is also very poor, we had to leave doors to the rooms open throughout the nite to her some cold air flow but it barely helped. You could see condensation and dripping water from one of the main hose where the air flows and you can’t regulate thermostat, everything seemed to pre set and locked. The bathroom also had such a bad ventilation, ventilation hole was full of layers and layers of dust. Lastly everything looks lice and new, but in reality it had really bad quality, items are cheap as it gets and don’t hold.
