I was unable to stay here as the key was never made available and the owner was uncontactable.

The fact that booking.com sorted out alternative accommodation when this one fell through.

The owners of this property should remove it from the site, as a retrospective check of reviews showed that at least 4 other people have been unable to access the property on arrival. All could potentially have been left in a foreign country with nowhere to stay.

Awful, disgusting!!! Terribile, disgustoso!!!

NOTHING!!! DON’T RESERVE EVER AGAIN THIS PLACE! Niente!!! Non prenotate MAI più in questa struttura!

(Eng) Extremely disappointing experience. We had paid the full amount of our reservation almost two months in advance and received multiple emails and messages confirming our booking. We even received direct confirmation from the property owner, so we had absolutely no reason to expect any problem. Despite all of this, when we arrived in Brescia, we were informed that the property could no longer accommodate us because of an overbooking. This left us without accommodation and forced us to find another place at very short notice, causing significant stress and inconvenience. We lost our first day in Brescia because check in was at 15:00 and we were in Brescia at 9:00 AM. The most disappointing part is that we had done everything correctly: we booked well in advance, paid the entire amount, and received repeated confirmations from both Booking.com and the property itself. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. A confirmed and fully paid reservation should not be cancelled because the accommodation has accepted another booking. Siamo quindi rimasti senza alloggio e siamo stati costretti a trovare una sistemazione alternativa all’ultimo momento, causando notevole stress e disagio.
