Disgusting

The advertised property photos are completely different to where you actually stay not a single photo in advertising was of the property!! No spa as advertised, over grown grass not maintained front or back yard! With rubbish everywhere in the yard The front door did not even lock, the door handle was electric but did not even work to look the door as the internal pin did not line up with the hole in the door frame to keep the door shut! there was a bent spoon to maybe mimicking a lock?! None of the bedroom windows lock, and bedroom 4 window was chocked open by a piece of wood when we arrived? I was contacted by the property the morning of check in telling me I could not check in to all 4 of my booked rooms at agreed early check in time (1PM) as they needed to clean the property but could check in to 3 of them at 1 and the 4th wouldn’t be ready until 3:30! (Normal check in is 3pm so later than regular check in) they said they will put another bed in the 3rd room so we could all check in together. I disagreed and said no I will check in to 3 at 1pm and the fourth room at 3PM. This message was read and ignored. I sent another message at 12:49 asking how to check in as I still did not receive this, I then received check information for all 4 rooms… There was dirty socks and tissues in the cupboard in bedroom 2 which showed the house had not been properly cleaned. The house is completely riddled in mould in every single room! Bedroom 1 being the absolute worst tho The house has a disgusting smell which I believe is coming from the drains as it’s a lot more strong in the bathroom and kitchen and that end of the house but you can smell it the moment you enter the house Their was no fire alarm, no fly screens on any windows expect the bathroom which was completely ripped open

Cheapest place on short notice clean not a bad place

Nice place but the room had bad floors and the bed was so noisy unfortunately the floor board was too noisy so every time we moved it was just a nightmare but you can’t complain about the price cheapest so far 🙏

Room 1 had the bed that made too much noise and the floor boards were even worse thats the only problem we came across✌️

Worth the money, but nothing overly luxurious

Staff were good and easy to communicate with, location was good and easy to find and felt security was good.

Cleanliness in both the bedroom and bathroom were quite poor aswell as water pressure for shower being bad
