Nada a reclamar.

Firstly, this hotel is a great place to stay in Naples, both for a long or short break.
The hotel is very modern, all rooms are spacious and impeccably clean.
Furthermore, the hotel is located in a very quiet area, no street or crown noise at night! There are some really lovely restaurants, pizzerias and cafes nearby!
There are two metro stations within 7-10 min walk from the hotel, that makes it possible to reach Naples city centre within just 15-20 minutes (for just 1.60 Euro one way!)
Last but not least, the hotel staff deserve a special mention! Absolutely everyone at the reception desk went out of their way to assist with our queries, including advice on local restaurants and booking a taxi for our early morning flight. So, a massive thank you to everyone at Lamal hotel for making our stay in Naples such an enjoyable experience!
Whilst this is not exactly a criticism, it is worth mentioning that Lamal hotel is located on upper floors of what appears to be a commercial building, which is absolutely fine. However, upon arrival at the hotel address we found it a little confusing as to how to notify the reception about our arrival - the hotel is located within a secure compound and it wasn't clear how to use the intercom system to contact the hotel reception. I hope this comment will be addressed.
