Room was light clean and airy with large windows and a high ceiling and, being at the front of the building, had great views over the countryside towards Bologna. It was very quiet and I did not see another person in the 3 days I stayed. There is no reception but the mobile phone key app worked very well. The building has clearly been recently moderised to a high standard.
There are no communal facilities or areas, just a drinks vending machine in the hall.

Tutto nuovo. Letto e cuscini molto comodi.
Mancanza di macchina del caffè in stanza. Presente un distributore a piano terra.
