The apartments feature a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sleeper sofa in the living area. Depending on the apartment, there is room for several guests.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen, the bright living and dining area, and the high-quality, tasteful furnishings ensure a pleasant living experience. Each apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet—ideal for a relaxing stay.
A special highlight is the spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy an impressive view of Gröbming and the surrounding mountain peaks: Stoderzinken, Kammspitze, and Grimming.
Two parking spaces are available per apartment for your stay—one covered and one outdoor.

Local tax per person (children under 16 are free): €3.25/night. Final cleaning for “Apartment 3”: €125.00 (included in the price). Final cleaning for “Apartment 4”: €95.00 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Children under 2 years of age stay for free in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card.
