Within The Retreat at Jordanelle community, the home offers spacious mountain luxury for larger groups who want to stay close together. It sleeps up to 11 guests, which makes it a natural fit for multigenerational family trips, corporate retreats, and friends' weekends. The Primary King Suite has a private ensuite bath, and the Queen and Bunkroom Suites share an adjacent full bathroom. Downstairs, a second primary suite with a king bed has its own ensuite bath, and a powder room is conveniently located on the main level.

Step outside and the mountains are all around you. A hiking trail begins within 50 feet of the front door, and a community walking trail is within 100 feet. The Jordanelle Parkway trail is close by too, with paths for jogging, biking, and walking. Your patio opens onto scenic open land and a 15-acre neighborhood park with paved paths. Back at the house, the expansive outdoor deck is made for gathering. It has plenty of seating, cozy couch areas, a fire pit, a hammock, a brand-new private hot tub, and a propane grill for evening cookouts. Each of the four bedrooms has a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming, and the home also has high-speed internet, central air conditioning, and a Rocky Mountain-style fireplace.
