It combines a shower, a vanity unit and the toilet. A hair dryer and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are provided for you.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* No window looks onto the outside: natural light only comes in through small glazed openings set in the bedroom ceilings. Lighting is therefore mainly electric and there is little fresh air circulation. If natural light is essential to you, please keep this in mind.
* Works are being carried out in the building's common areas. The apartment is on the ground floor, at the back of the building, and is reached via a long corridor cluttered by the works, with an uneven floor in places; construction noise may be heard during the day. With large suitcases or a pushchair, access is not easy, which may be inconvenient for families with young children as well as for people with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will stay in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the Marais, with Sentier, Arts-et-Métiers and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis metro stations close by. The 43 m² (463 sq ft) apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests.

For the duration of your stay, the spaces described in this listing are at your disposal.

I am offering you part of my apartment and will greet you myself: the keys are handed to you in person, by appointment, until 8 p.m.

To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible on the day you arrive, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Unless an exceptional arrangement has been agreed beforehand, no arrivals are possible after 8 p.m.

In the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment enjoys a very central position that is perfect for discovering Paris on foot.

Lively and authentic, the area is full of cafés, restaurants, bakeries and small shops, everything that gives everyday Parisian life its charm.

A few minutes' walk is all it takes to reach the Opéra Garnier, the Grands Boulevards, the Centre Pompidou or the Marais. The Louvre and the banks of the Seine are also within easy reach.

An ideal base for experiencing the capital to the full.

When it comes to getting around, the apartment is exceptionally well connected.

Close by, Sentier, Arts-et-Métiers and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis metro stations take you to the different parts of Paris in no time.

The area is also served by several bus lines, and Vélib' bike-share stations are a few minutes away for getting around by bike with ease.

This is a bed-and-breakfast: I host you in my home, in my own apartment. Part of the premises is my primary residence, and a private space is set aside for you throughout your stay.
