Welcome to The Bellerose, our beautifully appointed three-bedroom condo nestled in the heart of Coeur d’Alene's sought-after Riverstone neighborhood. With a spacious, light-filled interior, comfortable accommodations for eight guests, and an unbeatable walkable location, The Bellerose is a wonderful home base for family vacations, couples traveling together, and year-round North Idaho getaways.



Step outside and discover everything that makes Riverstone special. Enjoy morning coffee at a neighborhood café, browse boutique shops, treat yourself to a spa afternoon, or stroll along the Spokane River and Centennial Trail. Restaurants, entertainment, and a movie theater are all conveniently close, giving you the freedom to enjoy your vacation without constantly getting in the car.



Riverstone is especially inviting throughout the seasons. During the warmer months, farmers markets, outdoor concerts, and live music bring the neighborhood to life. Fall and winter offer their own charm, with seasonal festivities, holiday activities, and welcoming restaurants perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. Downtown Coeur d’Alene, Sherman Avenue, and the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene are just a short drive away.



A Beautiful Place to Come Home To



Inside The Bellerose, we've created a warm, comfortable setting where everyone can relax and spend time together. Located on the third floor, the condo features vaulted ceilings, generous natural light, and an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi.



The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking and dining essentials, a Keurig, and a traditional drip coffee maker. Its open layout makes preparing meals easy while staying connected with family and friends.



Three Bedrooms | Comfortably Sleeps Eight



We've thoughtfully arranged the bedrooms to offer both privacy and flexibility for families and groups.



The primary suite features a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, and a relaxing soaking tub. A second bedroom offers another king-size bed, making the condo especially comfortable for two couples or families traveling together.



The third bedroom is a dedicated bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four individual twin sleeping spaces. We've also included games and toys to make younger guests feel right at home.



Rooftop Amenities & Everyday Comforts



Guests have access to the building's shared rooftop BBQ and outdoor kitchen, a lovely option for preparing dinner and enjoying the fresh North Idaho air.



For added convenience, The Bellerose includes an in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access, and smart-lock self check-in.



Parking is completely free, with two designated spaces in the building's underground parking garage. Whether you're traveling with multiple vehicles or visiting during the winter months, having covered parking makes coming and going especially convenient.

One of our favorite things about The Bellerose is the neighborhood itself. Riverstone offers the atmosphere of a charming, walkable village, with a wonderful collection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment just outside your door.



Nearby Riverstone Park features walking paths, green space, a playground, and an amphitheater, while the Centennial Trail provides scenic access along the Spokane River. It's an ideal setting for everything from leisurely morning walks to afternoon bike rides.



When you're ready to venture farther, downtown Coeur d’Alene, the lakefront, local beaches, and North Idaho's many outdoor attractions are all within easy reach. Spokane International Airport is approximately 30–40 minutes away by car.

You'll enjoy private access to the entire condo, along with the building's shared rooftop amenities. The residence is located on the third floor and is conveniently accessible by elevator.



The Bellerose is proudly managed by CDA Vacation Rentals, a locally operated vacation rental management company. We're available throughout your stay to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist whenever needed, while giving you the privacy to enjoy your getaway.
