About this apartment rental
A beautiful and cozy apartment in a detached house built in the 1970s, tastefully renovated in the early 2000s with an air-source heating system for instant comfort. Perched high above the valley in Mosenè—the sunniest part of the area—it faces south, is surrounded by greenery, and basks in the sun from sunrise to sunset even in the winter months, offering a breathtaking view of the Lagorai mountain range directly ahead. our home is perfect for those seeking tranquility, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor space.
Outside, a large private lawn awaits you, ideal for letting children play or simply relaxing in the sun, reading a book, or enjoying breakfast or lunch in the mountains under the shade of a large red beech tree over fifty years old. Peace and tranquility reign here, and you’ll appreciate the deep silence of the night, broken in summer only by the chirping of crickets.
