Apartment 20 at Haus Windrose welcomes you to Niendorf on the Baltic Sea at Travemünder Landstraße 7 and combines modern comfort with well-thought-out amenities for families and couples alike. The 60 m² living space is spread across a total of 3 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people, plus a toddler (up to 3 years old) upon request; it is located on the 2nd floor.
The two separate bedrooms, one of which has a TV and space for a crib (for a fee), provide a quiet retreat and privacy—ideal for families with children as well as adults traveling together.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Windrose building and features its own covered south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger. Here you can relax when the weather is mild or enjoy a sunny start to the day.

The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with modern appliances: A ceramic cooktop, oven with microwave function, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator are at your disposal, as are a clothes drying rack, iron, and vacuum cleaner. These amenities provide the perfect conditions for an independent and comfortable stay.

In the living area, a hi-fi system provides entertainment, and a corner sofa and TV are available for your viewing pleasure.
The dining area, with a dining table, offers plenty of space.
The large bedroom features a double bed with two separate mattresses (90x200 cm each), and the small bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm with a single, continuous mattress).
The bathroom features a shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror.

All windows are fitted with fly screens, and the living room and small bedroom have exterior roller shutters.

Another highlight of the Windrose apartment complex is the indoor pool, which is available for shared use.
