This ground-floor apartment, measuring just under 100 square meters, features a separate entrance accessible via a staircase. It consists of the living area (living room, dining room), the kitchen, a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub, a guest restroom, as well as a south-facing balcony and a terrace leading to the garden. Living Area (Living Room/Dining Room)
The light-filled and modern living and dining area, with its 47 square meters, offers plenty of space to relax. Make yourself comfortable on the modern sofa, which can easily be converted into an additional double bed if needed. In the living room, you can watch your favorite TV shows or listen to music on a large flat-screen TV, just as you’re used to. From the living area, you can step out onto the 12-meter south-facing balcony. The balcony is also accessible from the bedroom and is the perfect spot for breakfast, rest, and relaxation. From the cozy dining area, with its floor-to-ceiling casement windows, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the garden area facing the forest. The adjacent large terrace, complete with a sun awning and barbecue facilities, invites you to linger and enjoy the sun.

Kitchen
You shouldn’t have to do without any comforts while on vacation. To make your time in the kitchen as easy as possible, we provide as many kitchen appliances as we can. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: oven with glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo brand), electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. Of course, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and other cooking and dining utensils are also at your disposal.

Bedroom
In the cozy bedroom with a double bed, you’ll find the peace and quiet you need for a deep and restful sleep. Your clothes and luggage can be conveniently stored in the large closet. A safe is available for your valuables. There are also two nightstands, each with a bedside lamp.

Bathroom
Whether you’d like to take a relaxing aromatic bath or a refreshing rain shower. The modern bathroom turns even your morning routine into a feel-good experience.

Guest Restroom
The separate second restroom adds to your comfort.

South-facing balcony and terrace
Enjoy your breakfast in the first rays of sunshine on the 12-square-meter south-facing balcony, to start your day feeling refreshed. The balcony features a small table and two chairs. Or maybe you don’t feel like going out to a restaurant or cooking at home? Then enjoy the end of the day on your 21-square-meter terrace with a glass of wine and something you’ve grilled yourself.
