A warm welcome from the Doller family in Waldbach!
We offer our guests a charming, cozy vacation apartment for 2 to a maximum of 10 people for winter and summer vacations in the Styrian Joglland region.
Our house is located three minutes outside of Waldbach, and the ski lifts, swimming lakes, restaurants, cafes, shops, the post office, and the ATM are all within easy reach.
Our vacation rental has been designed with great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, and 3 of them have a balcony.
The kitchen offers plenty of space, and the open-concept living area—featuring a large flat-screen TV and access to the balcony—is perfect for relaxing together.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Our vacation home is generously equipped and features:
* Entryway with coat rack
* Large kitchen-living room with kitchenette and large dining table for 7–9 people—fully equipped with electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and table linens
* Open-concept access to the large living area with a sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony (fireplace is decorative only; cannot be used for heating)
* 2 spacious bathrooms (1 on the first floor and 1 on the upper floor) with shower, sink, and hair dryer
* 2 separate restrooms (1 on the first floor and 1 on the upper floor)
* 3 double bedrooms
* 1 double bedroom with twin beds
* 1 children’s room with bunk beds
* separate storage room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and freezer
* Balcony and patio furniture
You can also use the following:
A grill for your family barbecue evenings
A large hillside for sledding, building snowmen, etc.
Ample parking in front of the house
Free Wi-Fi for your use
Winter special: Upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with a magical Christmas tree.
Minimum stay: 3 days
Apartment rate for 2 people per night—meals not included
Each additional person incurs an extra charge (price upon request)
On-site costs: Children up to age 2 stay free of charge; final cleaning €60; plus local tax! Please note that all guests must be registered. This also applies to babies and toddlers (even though they stay free until they turn 2). Pets are not allowed. We also ask that you pay the applicable tourism tax in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
